Game records
We store your automatically created user ID, progress, islands, furniture, cats, card decks, settings and game results for saving, syncing and transferring your game.
Purchases and refunds
We record Apple or Google transaction identifiers, products, processing dates, verification, delivery and refund status, pass start and expiration dates, and the associated user ID. The game does not receive card numbers entered in the store.
Account linking
If you choose Apple or Google linking, we verify the authentication result and protect the linked identity information. We do not merge separate progress merely because email addresses match.
Support, messages and notifications
In-app requests include your user ID, message, app version, platform and language. We use personal message recipients and content, read status and delivery records to provide support and notices. Device notifications use a delivery address and your preferences. Private support text is not included in push notifications.
Essential maintenance and security records
We use protected matching values derived from the connecting IP address or user ID, request counts and expiry times to limit abuse and excessive requests. Game-database rate counters store protected values instead of the IP address itself. We also aggregate response status, counts and processing times for relevant API features. This processing is separate from optional usage sharing.
Optional usage sharing
Turn this on or off in Settings → Usage sharing. When enabled, app version, platform, game or island, and counts or categories of actions and problems help improve the game. Event IDs and a matching value derived from your user ID prevent duplicate counting. Names, support text and payment details are excluded. Turning this off does not stop saving, purchase verification, essential maintenance or security processing.
Data used when advertising is available
Where we provide ads, we use Google AdMob. Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and video interactions, and crash or performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Reward verification sends Google an ad-specific identifier and verification data instead of your game user ID.
Advertising choices
Where ads are enabled, Google UMP presents the relevant privacy choices. In Settings → Ads & privacy settings, Change ad privacy settings is available where the privacy form requires it. On iOS and iPadOS, ATT separately asks about tracking. Change that permission in device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can play free solitaire without allowing tracking. Refusing tracking is different from stopping every technical process involved in ad delivery.
External services
When you use online saving or asset delivery, Cloudflare processes information needed to provide that feature. When you use store purchases, account linking, device notifications or advertising, the information needed for that feature is sent to Apple or Google.
Short-term records and aggregates
Rate counters become eligible for deletion 48 hours after their time window ends; authentication attempts after 48 hours from creation. Completed external account-revocation records become eligible after 30 days. Maintenance and optional-usage aggregates older than 366 days are eligible for deletion. Scheduled cleanup removes eligible records. These periods do not set Google’s or other external providers’ retention periods.
Deletion and longer-lived records
While your account is active, settlement records for saves and rewards prevent duplicate processing on retries. They are erased with personal game records when the account is deleted, along with progress, collections, support, personal messages, notification destinations and account links. Purchase, refund, deletion and abuse-prevention audit records have no automatic fixed expiry because they are needed for reconciliation and preventing deleted data from being restored. Transaction identifiers, status, dates and associated user IDs may remain. Owner-specific optional-event matching records are erased; nonpersonal aggregates remain for the period above.
Questions about your data
Use in-app support to ask about your data or records retained after deletion. If you cannot open the app, the backup email contact is available.

About this website
This website itself adds no cookies, third-party analytics or advertising features. Cloudflare delivers and protects its pages and images, which involves technical processing of information such as the connecting IP address. This is separate from the app’s data handling.
