If you can open the app
Open “Account” from Settings and continue to account deletion. Review the data to be deleted before the final confirmation.
If you cannot open the app
Email the contact below with the subject “Solitaire: Cat Islands — account deletion request”. Include your user ID if you know it. You can still contact us without it. Support will explain how to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
Game progress, islands, furniture, cat collections, game settings, support message contents, notification addresses and account links are deleted. Linked accounts cannot restore deleted progress.
What may be retained
Some audit records needed for purchases, refunds, deletion and abuse prevention are retained. They include transaction identifiers, processing status and dates, and the associated user ID. Anonymous aggregate information may also remain.
Verifying ownership
Knowing someone else's user ID is not enough to delete their account. Do not email passwords, authentication codes or card numbers. Support will explain the information needed for your case.
