Playing and saving
To keep progress when changing devices, link Apple or Google in “Account” in Settings. You can play on this device without linking, but cannot restore unlinked progress after changing devices or reinstalling.
Purchases and ads
Cat decks, postcards and ships are buy-once collections. Review their contents and store price before purchasing. Coins are earned through free play and are never sold. Free Hint, Undo, Cat Paw and Shuffle do not require a purchase. Rewarded ads are used only when you choose them. Eligible products may include a one-time first-purchase gift of 5 Rainbow Seals, enough to skip one ad. Check the bonus shown before purchasing. Restoring a purchase or downloading again does not grant more.
Collecting and buying cat decks
Start with one deck, then collect more through your first clear, completed islands and free-coin exchanges. Exchangeable designs can also be bought as one-time purchases. Each design includes 52 cards and a back, shared by FreeCell and Klondike. You cannot buy an already-owned design again. Each purchased product includes five Rainbow Seals once. If an exchange overlaps with a verified store purchase, we record the purchase and return the coins from the overlapping exchange. A refunded purchase removes its deck entitlement and seal bonus; separately earned or validly exchanged ownership remains. Changing the design keeps your current cards and score.
Special cat decks
Special designs are optional additions to the 41 core decks. Check each design’s details for its availability period and contents. When an offer ends, you keep an acquired design and can download its images again. A payment completed after an offer ends is still honored when its store proof is verified. Refunds and revocation of invalid acquisitions follow the same rules as other decks.
Cat Paw and clear coins
For newly issued deals from version 1.15.0, using Cat Paw at least once puts the deal’s clear coins in a shared FreeCell and Klondike allowance of 1,000 base coins per Japan day. Deals without Cat Paw are outside this allowance. Hint, Undo and Shuffle alone do not use it. Neko Pass multiplies the base amount admitted by the day’s remaining allowance by 1.5. At zero allowance, stamps, clear records, cat encounters and new deals continue, and helping tools stay free. The server determines the day and reward at first settlement; retries do not add more. Previously issued terms and confirmed rewards remain unchanged.
Neko Pass: 30 days, no automatic renewal
Neko Pass lasts 30 days from the purchase date. It multiplies clear Coins after any daily allowance by 1.5 when the server first confirms your solitaire result. The verified score, including combos, sets the ordinary base. New Cat Paw deals apply the daily allowance first. The multiplier applies once, with fractions rounded down. These remain free Coins earned through play. The pass does not renew automatically, and another purchase is unavailable in the app while active. Restoring it does not extend its dates, and multipliers do not stack. It includes no ad-skip gift.
Changes after a refund
A verified store refund revokes the purchased cat deck, postcards, ship and bonus seals. If the seals were spent, your seal balance may become negative. Skipping an ad with seals requires enough seals. Free solitaire, tools and draws, plus available rewarded video ads, remain usable. You keep coins, islands and cats earned through play, and a trip already in progress keeps its selected pace. A verified refund of Neko Pass stops its future multiplier. Already confirmed play rewards are not taken back.
Fair operation
Authentication, action verification and usage limits help prevent invalid rewards and access to other players' data. The app displays notices when maintenance or an update is needed.
